- Full standard x-terra (driekamp/triathlon TSA rules)
- Team Triathlon
- 80km mountain bike race
- 40km mountain bike race
- 20km mountain bike race
- 10km off road run in nature reserve
- 1.5km swimming (Midmar Mile 2010 qualifying)
- 3km swimming

The Erfenis Dam is known for its clean water.
This event is situated 100km from Bloemfontein and 30km from Winburg.

Roadworks Notice
There are currently roadworks between Welkom, Theunissen, Brandfort & Bloemfontein. The recommended route is the N1 to Winburg and then from Winburg to Theunissen.
