Entry for all swimming events can be done by visiting the Midmar Mile website "www.midmarmile.co.za" and looking for Erfenis Dam Mile
To do a entry through fax, follow these steps:
1) Download the entry form by clicking HERE.
2) Fill in the entry form.
3) Make appropriate payment into the following bank account:
- Bank: ABSA
- Acc no: 407 792 6835
- Acc type: Cheque
- Branch code: 632 005
- Reference: Initials and surname
4) Fax the entry form & proof of payment to (086) 718 2188
Please note: 3000m and 1500m entries close 23/11/2011
