Erfenis Dam Mile Mission Statement
The primary focus of the event is to operate as a non-profit organisation and as statutory welfare organisation.
We aim to gather funds for welfare and educational institutions.
Our secondary goal is to successfully host a well organised sport event and festival where people across the country can enjoy nature and the facilities of the Erfenis dam, Theunissen and its country side.
To reach this goal the Erfenis Dam Mile organising committee heavily relies on sponsors, entry fees, donations, food sales and other fund raising projects.
We aim to host a professional event and therefore use the services of Midmar Mile, Triathlon S.A. and Athletics S.A. referees.
